And this crybaby was a top paid store manager stealing all he could? Yet another bogus inflamatory African American lawsuit riddled with vile hate of European Americans.

This one will be tossed as frivilous too like the CMS lawsuit as the shakedown continues by these 2 bit shake down artists.

Cut the crap already.

This man is a sharp individual and was a great manager. He wasnt just a manager of a store he was TOP management so he does know what is going on. I wish him the best! Way2Go Sylvester!

This man was a person who treated everyone with respect and who ever he came in contact with he spoke and "asked how are you doing today" and "what can i do to help you." "Are you being taken care of today". "Any issues need to be taken care of that you have a concern of." When he walked into the store you always knew he was in the store cause he got on the PA system and said GOOD MORNING ASSOCIATES...Now you tell me how many Market Managers do that...Never the less to even look at you and part their lips to speak to you...but Mr Sylvester always made it a point to speak and acknowledge each and every associate he came in contact with. Other Market managers and market team members didn't part their lip to even acknowledge that they see you. Always ready to tell you what to do and reprimand and belittle you on the salesfloor. and you talk about RESPECT FOR THE INDVIDUAL, yeah right! Their titles made them of a higher caliber so they didn't care who or what it affected...and for MR DAVID CARMEN, It was like trying to speak with the president to get intouch with him. EVERYTIME it was a meeting that he was coming to the store everyone was in scrambles trying to get things right, but if you done things right the first time then you would not have to worry about him or anyone else coming to the store cause its done on a daily basic. He did have a history of firing people on the spot, Is that still right?? THERE is a PROCESS called COACHING...they did what they wanted and for who they wanted to do it for... But I myself has been in a store and Mr Sylvester has called the store at 3:00am in the morning, when he knew that we were going to have bad weather and ask how was the operation going, give you a plan of objectives and to make sure that we would have all of what the customers was gonna need if the weather hit, that all the consumable area were fully stocked and set forth a plan to keep it stocked. He's a great leader and someone who you would want to follow in your career...WALMART was wrong and he was one that they had to make an example out of...BAD DECISION on their behalf. He was a sharp individual and knew the company and worked hard for the company. He was one of the TOP REPECTFUL Manager the company would ever want to run a market or ever REGION for them...BAD DEAL WALMART. Everything the company was built off of is crumbling to the ground. RESPECT FOR THE INDIVIUAL, SERVICE TO THE COSTUMER, STRIVE FOR EXCELLENCE, Now you go figure...its for who and what they want it for... NOT THE HARD WORKING PEOPLE WHO HAD NOTHING BUT HELP BUILD THE COMPANY AND ALL THEY DO IS TURN THEIR BACK ON YOU AND ON TO THE NEXT...

This lawsuit is just a diversion smoke screen. People get fired for theft everyday so think about the consequences next time you commit a crime.
They were all stealing. He just got caught and they didnt.

Thou Shalt Not Steal

There are other members of management still with the company going through the same thing. IN THE SAME MARKET

PLEASE dont take any blood money you will win this case especially after others come forward.

I'm unclear on why he wants to come back and work for this company?

Its happening everyday in other stores too. People are just afraid to come forth and speak on this issue because of the fear of retaliation. They say there's is no such thing as retaliation but it is and it happen all the time. They find any reason to get rid of you and make it seem as if its something of some form or another.
The company is wrong and they treat their staff wrong too. They dont take care of their people. Its not right that they talk to them and treat them the way they do. And then they try and hide whatever it is they do for who they want to do it for. I

They are fearful of a man with knowledge and as sharp as he was they were intimidated by him and what he offered to the company. Afraid that he was gonna climb even higher than the position he did have. Great job Sylvester and I wish you well in all of this.

This man didn't have to steal anything from WALMART! If anything he help WALMART grow as a company. Get your facts together before you pass judgement on this man.

He was a dumb THIEF caught redhanded and fired. Filing a lawsuit makes him look twice as foolish and the judge could impose penalties if he lies under oath. If convicted of perjury its 10 yrs and 10,000 fine max.

...Oh what a web we weave when at first we choose to decieve ...

A great man, Sylvester Johnson is a man that cared about the Associates and it showed. Someone who would walk around the store and speak to the associates and make them feel good about there job. Now it's like working in hell, the mangers are cutting eachers others throat. Treating the associates like they are nonething. Department mangers and some associates losting there jobs. Being made to go part time and losting there benefits, where is the RESPECT for the associates there is none. Walmart do not care about it's associates. Always saying what they are doing for the Community look how they are treaing there assciates..But I can say about Mr. Sylvester Johnson He is a man of style and he made you feel good about working for Walmart. Now the mangers and ZMS just want the job done, don't care how they treat you and talk to you. Always Remember what going's around come's around and it need's to come soon for some of the management team. I know Walmart is not going to do anything, they just want the money..I stand with you Mr. Sylvester Johnson. Store 1027

From the posting on here to me stealing was not an issue. If this man had a go ahead to sue by the EEOC, then what information he provided to them in factual and not he say she say. The EEOC go by facts and not unfactual information. Go Sylvester seems like you were a great manager and god will see that nothing but good comes your way.

People in this day and time need to get a real life. It seems if someone does not get thier way theay go and cry to someone to try to get something for nothing.

which store? if its the same one we heard about about then he is a con artist and could be counter sued by wal-mart for extortion.

It is evident that the people who personally know this man and has worked for him hold him in high esteem. Too many positive comments to ignore. The sad thing is just reading the comments you can see that this city is rife with bigotry. I pray Mr. Sylvester God Speed in trying to right an injustice. I personally will copy the lawsuit and send to all Walmarts in this region and ask for an honest explanation. Anyone with an ounce of intelligence will know that this is not the first lawsuit against Walmart with some of the same complaints. It has not just been African Americans but also Hispanics. It is time to call Walmart on the carpet. THEY WILL UNDERSTAND A BOYCOTT. Arrogance is never a good emotion and quality decreases when arrogance is present.

If you are gonna steal dont get caught. If you get caught dont try to lie and twist things around throwing in the race card that only shows stupidity and ignorance. Nobodys fooled.

Do the crime do the time. Its that simple. Paybacks a bitch and you cant outspend Walmart unless you have a trillion. Biggest corp on the planet from Bentonville Ark.

Everybody knew the man was a lying THIEF.

Bigotry drives not only Charlotte but the American society. When a minority person fights back he is either lying or trying to make a buck.
That is why this country is falling apart and with it, its members.

Laughable pathetic low IQ useless ignorance typical of bigoted liberal socialist foolish haters. You can speak for your self only not others much less a city nation or entire race.

Higher intelligent people see right through such scams. You want to see the real bigot? Check your mirror.

Walmart will win easily.

Obviously, there is some merit because the comments have brought out the vile and evil bigotry of the very dreds of society and some are even using words like intelligence. When this much evil spewing from comments it only serves to mirror society as a whole and what is wrong with it. This man deserves his day in court.

Dreds? No such word in the English language. Dreadlocks? Thats hood slang ebonics.

Definitions of dreadlocks (npl)
dread·locks [ dréd lòks ]
twisted strands of hair: long strands of hair that have been twisted closely from the scalp down to the tips.

Where do they get these extremely dumb peon posters with gross inferior education/intelligence anyway?

Go get a GED.

"It is the aim of good government to stimulate production, of bad government to encourage consumption." - Jean Baptiste Say

If Retail makes NOTHING....and Government makes only MORE DEBT....the only thing that can have a positive effect on communities is Small Business and companies that make stuff.

The picture of George Washington can float around a town six to eight times before leaving the community but if that dollar is spent inside of a big box store it will leave the same day that it entered.

Big Box stores like Wal*Mart can take in 200,000 George Washington's a day and that be a lot of "Liberty" "Pride" "Freedom" leaving town each day.

And when one figures into the equation America has a six to one trade deficit with China which means five out of every six George Washington's that go there will never come back unless the US Government sells bonds(debt) this is what those on Jenkins Hill and Wall Street don't understand when it comes to local banks not having any George Washington's to loan out in their communities.

Why is it that people ain't writing articles about those fifteen cargo ships that pollute as much as 760 million automobiles, T Boone Pickens owning a Texas Water District, Nestle draining the Great Lakes, the disconnect between Coca-Cola and the people of India, Wal*Mart putting less than 5% foreign in their stores in China and Warren Buffett buying a Choo Choo train a few years after Wal*Mart makes a deal on a port in Mexico.

In 1960 U.S. goods manufacturing produced a $5 billion trade surplus - - 2006 merchandise trade had a $836 billion deficit. Today, for some reason, the world thinks the American consumer needs to support what they make....well, it doesn't work like that even a fifth grader can figure that out.

So-call cheaper items only breed cheaper wages and this will go on until the rich of the world carry out the manufacturing of ignorance through out the 182 or so counties that will have a chance to make something.

I'm just an O'fart with very little book learning but from what I've seen over the past sixty five years in this great union of fifty states has shown me that common sense left in the year 63' and "my sh!! don't stink" sense as been here every since.

Sad, those few fat farmers with penmanship of poets holding feather quill goose pens and writing the American dream has today become nothing more than a page within a history book that a bunch of asinine dipsticks are to lazy and ignorant to teach.

Over the past 100 years the Federal Debt has gone from $2.6 billion in 1910 to over $14 trillion today....In that time there has only been one 10 year period that the debt has gone down 1920-1930.

All done by a bunch of elephants and jack@sses acting like turnips. People today still think Clinton balance the budget but anyone knows if they think with an open mind that if the budgets of the Clinton years had been balance the debt would had not gone up.

America is over $57 trillion in debt and it didn't get there by people using common sense. If the American people don't wake-up to that fact within another twenty years they will witness Lady Liberty kneeling to her knees in the Hudson and someone in Tiananmen Square holding that tablet from under her left arm celebrating what is written upon it.
